Workshop 1: Ideation and Problem Definition
This session is designed to ground participants in the real-world challenges of Nigeria's justice sector. Led by Bashir Ahmad, it will help teams unpack systemic issues, understand the root causes of inefficiency and exclusion, and align their ideas with pressing needs. Participants will be guided through framing user-centric problems and building clarity around the specific justice-related gaps their solutions aim to address, ensuring that every innovation begins with purpose and context.

Workshop 2: Design Thinking for Justice Innovation
In this hands-on session, legal-tech professionals Moyo Odejide and Babatope Oni will introduce participants to the principles of design thinking as a problem-solving tool tailored for justice innovation. With a focus on empathy, iteration, and user validation, this session will equip teams with the mindset and methods to develop solutions that are not only functional but truly accessible and responsive to justice sector users. Participants will engage in collaborative exercises that enable creativity while staying grounded in legal realities.

An idea is only as powerful as the story behind it. In this final workshop, seasoned entrepreneur and storyteller Riches Attai will coach participants on how to pitch their justice innovations with clarity, impact, and conviction. From structuring their value proposition to connecting emotionally with judges and stakeholders, teams will learn how to communicate the urgency, potential, and real-world relevance of their solutions, ensuring they leave a lasting impression on Demo Day and beyond.
